Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployment, configuring tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Salesforce DX CLI to automate build, test, and release processes
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes to streamline development workflows, implementing version control, branching strategies, and deployment patterns for different environments
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce environments for performance, scalability, and security, using tools such as Salesforce Shield, Health Check, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify and address issues
  • Implement best practices for configuration management, environment provisioning, and release management, ensuring consistency, reliability, and repeatability across development and production environments

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, SVN, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure management
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
  • Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
