  • Support VP & Department

Key responsibilities:

  • Calendar, meetings management (scheduling, sending reminders, owing logistics and organizing catering) to VP and the department
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports and reimbursement claims
  • Manage all preparation aspects of events/conferences/ team meetings

Qualifications/Requirements:

years of secretarial experience, most of it in an international corporate environment

  • Strong demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Wellorganized with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, with ability and confidence to effectively interact with senior management
