Description:

As one of our teachers, you will manage a class in teachingand routine care responsibilities. You will guide the class of children underyour care to

1.Plan and implement curriculum andprogrammes appropriate for the child's development, including identifyingemerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developinginitiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment

2.Build collaborative stakeholderrelationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families we serve.

3.Manage family and community programmesas we believe in contributing back to the community we are in

4.Conduct routine caregiving and alwayslooking for improvements to deliver better quality and service

5.Uplift professional practice inpromoting our vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high qualityservice standards

Job Requirements

·At least a L1Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching.

·Strong communication skills - spoken and writtenEnglish, or Chinese (for Chinese Curriculum Language Teachers).

·Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels ofstaff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diversenationalities and cultures.

·With or without teaching experience; but highlymotivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children's learning anddevelopment.

·Proficient in Microsoft Word.

Depending qualifications and workingexperience, applicants may be offered roles of different seniority.
