Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support in maintaining processes in SAP B1, Crystal Reports, and Power BI to increase productivity.
  • Offer causeanalysis of IT related problems, including recommending costeffective solutions.
  • Lead integration of company's software with SAP B
  • Manage IT infrastructure, implementation, integration and security.
  • Manage all IT assets (computers and servers).
  • Design, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures for IT department and ensure alignment with Company's policy to meet business and user needs.
  • Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Continuously analyses current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Train employees on both software and hardware, assist to troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Source and evaluate IT Vendors.
  • Project management role in managing project scopes. Ensuring business requirements are translated into technical requirements and meeting completion timelines.
  • Design and develop disaster recovery plan.
  • Any other adhoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in SAP processes.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting and good problemsolving IT skills in relation to diagnosing and solving both technical hardware/software faults.
  • Preferably with work knowledge on SAP B1 SDK or C# web database programming
  • Work Knowledge on MS SQL and MySQL (Stored procedure)

Salary:
$4, $4,800.00 per month
