Responsibilities:


We're looking for experienced solution architects to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them.

You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities.


As a solutions architect, you will:

  • Be the principal owner for the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio.
  • Work closely with our solution engineers and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts.
  • Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical enquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to continuously optimise operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
2. 5 years experience of production coding experience, or 3+ years of technical solutions architecture experience.

  • Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced technical solutions architect with 5 years of experience delivering client solutions in the e-commerce or SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design.
  • Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business.
  • Highly self-driven with strong people skills, and able to collaborate with a wide range of clients and internal partners to independently identify and address key issues and optimisation opportunities.
  • Highly client-focused with strong project management skills, able to concurrently manage multiple customer projects and ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables to customers.
  • Creative problem solver who can thrive with mínimal instruction or supervision.
