Your Role and Impact:


As our Software Solutions Advocate, you will be instrumental in navigating the business landscape, identifying opportunities, and building meaningful relationships with potential clients.

This role is not just about sales; it's about creating connections and understanding the unique needs of each client to provide solutions that truly make a difference.

Your expertise will not only drive our growth but also shape the future of how businesses leverage technology for success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage potential clients in the IT/Software industry.
  • Conduct indepth product demonstrations tailored to the client's specific business needs, highlighting the value and innovation QuickHR brings.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, from first contact to deal closure and beyond, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales materials and participate in industry events and webinars.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and teammates.
  • Foster an inclusive sales environment by supporting diversity and teamwork in all endeavors.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales, with a keen understanding of the IT/Software industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify sales opportunities and provide innovative solutions.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A collaborative team player who values diversity and inclusion, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

$5, $8,000.00 per month
