About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) delivers software development, IT support services, and banking operations. By centralizing technology components in Singapore, we have established a global footprint that supports our branches worldwide. Operating in 19 countries, we ensure a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide customer services and prioritize cost efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and straight-through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers and deployment specialists
  • Develop, build, and deploy applications to Test and Production environments
  • Provide support for SIT and UAT, analyzing and resolving issues
  • Maintain environment configurations for each application
  • Contribute to the department's DevOps framework for automation
  • Manage projects and technical activities efficiently
  • Resolve development and deployment issues and provide technical support
  • Assess applications' technical performance and coding standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Articulate technical concepts to software vendors
  • Assist in designing application solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop responsive and secure application solutions

Job Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Internet Technology
  • Proficiency in Java and internet-related components
  • Skilled in Oracle middleware products and Unix O/S platform
  • Experience in application build, deployment, and DevOps
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Good to have:

  • Functional knowledge in Wholesale Banking and Payment
  • Technical expertise in Unix/Linux O/S platform, Java, JSON, XML, Open API, Microservices, middleware products like OpenShift and databases, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, PuppetChef, Klockwork, Sonar, Aldon, etc.
