JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Classroom documentation training
  • Conduct OJT & assessment
  • Develop Training Syllabus and Training Assessment
  • Develop Training Plan and OJT Log
  • Record and file all documents (Training/Course attendance & update Training Matrix)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
  • Possess Train the Trainer qualification
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience as a trainer or 2 to 3 years of working experience in aviation field
  • Aviation Human Factor Error Management
  • Good understanding of Mechanical/Electronic aspect in Cabin Maintenance Operation
