**Roles & Responsibilities**


• Supervising all technical and safety aspects related to Company vessels and implementing the technical and safety protocols aboard these vessels.


• Inspecting the vessel's machinery spaces to ensure cleanliness and track maintenance progress by the ship's staff.


• Providing guidance to the Master and Chief Engineer on scheduled maintenance and tasks to be executed by the ship's staff.


• Managing and renewing the vessel's certificates.


• Developing proposals for compliance with new regulations, if needed, in coordination with Regulatory Authorities or Recognised Organizations.


• Verifying the ship's adherence to the aforementioned regulations.


• Ensuring adherence to TMSA elements.


• Reporting operational issues to the Shipping Manager.


• Overseeing and updating all crew's licensing, training records, and crew rotation arrangements.


• Handling MOM/MPA accounts for crew work permits renewal and applications.


• Managing administrative processes related to inventory, defect reporting and resolution, BOU consumption reports, and requisitions for supplies and ship spares.


• Addressing and resolving audit findings.


• Supporting with additional assigned tasks.


• Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel.


• Collaborating effectively within a team.


• Taking a proactive approach and operating independently.


• Managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines to achieve objectives.


• Previous experience in marine bunkering.
