We are seeking a full-time or part-time paralegal / writer to assist the lawyers in civil, criminal and family law matters.

The role is to take clients' instructions, compile documents, draft affidavits and court papers and prepare court bundles.

  • A Diploma or Degree;
  • Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Proficiency in court portals such as Elitigation, Integrated Criminal Management System (ICMS) and Integrated Family Application. Management System (iFAMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google apps;
  • Working experience in law firms preferred.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and result oriented;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
