The appointee will be an experienced faculty member and will join a young, dynamic and growing team of academics in the Business School.

The appointee is expected to play an important role in supporting undergraduate student mentorship and fieldwork at the Singapore campus which includes research, research supervision, teaching, and industry engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribution to the Business School's mission
  • A leadership role in undergraduate student mentorship and engagement.
  • Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students engaged in course work.
  • Supervision of postgraduate research projects.
  • Engage industry for student learning and academic research.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • PhD (Management) or near completion with fulltime teaching experience at local tertiary institutions.
  • Demonstrated abilities to publish in both highimpact academic and practitioner journals.
  • Potential for highquality research activities, as well as the commitment to excellent teaching.
  • Evidence of quality teaching and supervision of students at under
- and postgraduate levels.

  • Strong abilities and leadership in industry networks both locally and overseas for Research, Teaching & Learning and Service Engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relations with colleagues in an academic environment and with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Digital teaching delivery experience is a plus.

Lecturer:
SGD 82000 per annum per annum

Senior Lecturer:
SGD per annum - SGD per annum
