Job Description:

In your role as the IKEA Food Manager, you will lead and manage IKEA Food to fulfil the purpose of building business and people together.

You will strive towards making people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to return again and again.

Your assignment

• Through the understanding of Growing IKEA together and IKEA Food Direction & Sustainability Strategy, take an active part in creating the IKEA business plan
• Develop, implement and follow up on clear IKEA Food action plans based on local needs, national and global priorities.
• Proactively utilize the Commercial review documents and other appropriate tools to maximize commerciality to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average ticket.
• Proactively work with customer insights to improve the meeting with the customer through good quality food at an affordable price
• Operate IKEA Food according to IKEA Quality and Food safety requirements and implement the IKEA HACCP plan to meet store requirements

Qualifications:

Your profile

• You have 5 years of experience from high volume retail or multiunit food service industry
• Successful experience of managing a kitchen and restaurant team with varying job competence and experience
• Able to provide clear directions, experience in creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals
• Proven record of creating results for the business
