(CDAO) team is responsible for leading the delivery of world-class data, analytics and technology capabilities to build a brighter future for all.

Your reporting

This role reports to the Chapter Lead, Decisioning Strategies CoE.

Your responsibilities:

Building, designing, implementing and supporting decisioning strategies in Pega Decisioning and Marketing based solutions:

Working across CRM, PEGA Decisioning, PEGA Marketing, Pega BPM

Learning how to efficiently understand and interpret existing patterns, data structures and PEGA implementation across each instance:

Supports alignment and standardized approaches are taken between when delivering business requirements utilizing our PEGA capabilities:

Lives the Decisioning Strategies CoE purpose and contributes to the strategic roadmap for the decisioning CoE focusing on consistency in approach when delivering business value:

Understand the key end-to-end processes that creates value for the customer and profits for the bank

Role model the CBA vision and values and build a strong team culture that drives team culture:

Adhere to the Code of Conduct

SQL coding, SDLC life cycle knowledge, JAVA programming:

Business analysis skills, high level & solution design and implementation:

Interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills:

Tertiary qualifications in engineering, computer science or IT related discipline:

PEGA certifications PCDC mandatory. CSA/CSSA certifications are preferred
