Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daytoday activities/mechanisms in accordance with the SOP's, holding a team of pickers / packers accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivity
  • Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution to our Operating Model
  • Keep a safe and clean work environment.
  • Responsible for level of safety, quality, and productivity performance
  • Solve and respond to daily issues
  • Planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all outbound related activities
  • Recommend and implement improvement in efficiency, effectiveness & contributions.
  • Accountable for achieving "0" day fulfilment & objectives
  • Monitor all operations and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the Ecommerce operation
  • Reinforce policy and procedure compliance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Prior experience preferred working in Warehousing, Distribution
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multitasking, managing, coaching and mentoring teams to be successful and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong process improvement skills (ability to develop and implement processes. Must have strong interpersonal skills)
