Senior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & procurement of raw materials & services necessary for the manufacturing or trading of products or services.
  • Support the Sales Quote Process by submitting Project Costing for new projects to individual Sales Engineers or their Managers for their final costing.
  • Negotiate with existing & prospective suppliers for the best terms & conditions and maintain relationships on strategic or critical supplies.
  • Evaluate existing suppliers as needed & Qualify New potential suppliers for their suitability and capabilities.
  • Support localization programs and initiate costreduction activities set by the management from time to time or on a regular basis and to meet those targets.
  • Work with various departments on the smooth kickoff of projects and NPI (New product introduction) such as procuring and buying initial lot to support new projects.

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 1 years working with Military specification connectors and components
  • Working experience in manufacturing environment will be advantages
  • Able to handle Mandarin speaking suppliers (to deal with Chinese Associates customers and suppliers)
  • Strong understanding of costing and negotiation techniques

$3, $5,000.00 per month
