You will maximize sales opportunities and help our customers to understand our systems architecture, it will result in engaging our customers in the global market and finding the best solutions in the EV business.


You will be responsible for multiple tasks that positively impact our sales and product and result in fins the best solutions for our customers.


You will work with Virta's Sales and Product leaders to identify possible EV business problems and work with our Technology Unit to address those problems with innovative software solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Solve customer software and technical issues of broad scope and high complexity
  • Engage with customers, both onsite and remote, in a technical consultancy and advisor role during the presales process while providing technical assistance and solution guidance
  • In partnership with the sales and product teams to formulate, execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and representing customer requirements
  • With comprehensive knowledge of the Virta solution and associated technologies, educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition
  • Propose improvements and innovation for customer calls and product demonstrations based on current market trends
  • Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership, use case, RFP/audit support, and workshop design
  • Maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies related to the Virta solution
  • Provide mentorship for Solution Architecture team members and remain a current contributor to teamlearning initiatives and activities

What we are looking for

  • Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role
  • Capability to learn and understand constantly new customer tenders
  • Build, present, and document customer solutions during presales
  • Technical experience preferably hardware or/and platform business ( EV Charging Management Platform )
  • Experience with cloud integration or charging network solutions is seen as an advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel)
  • Identify, design, architect, and provide information technology solutions for customers in support of the sales team, comprising (but not limited to):
  • Provide innovative system solutions to our customers and potential customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical proposals, presentations, and solution bills of materials for tenders and RFPs
  • Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting ProofofConcept to showcase its technical feasibility
  • Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and products and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solutions exist
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Additional language skills are an advantage.
