Job Title: Generative AI ML Engineer at Monetization Technology



We are the Generative AI team within Monetization Technology. Our primary focus is on developing state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies for various mediums such as text, images, videos, and landing pages. We strive to provide cutting-edge solutions to enhance creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators. Our goal is to streamline creative workflows through the use of Generative AI, ultimately boosting revenue for our clients.

In our quest to lead the generative AI sector in advertising technology and creative industries, we aim to create impactful products and drive value for all stakeholders. We are seeking ML engineers who are passionate about expanding their business acumen, constructing scalable software and infrastructure, collaborating with global teams, and making significant contributions. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered applications for text-to-image and text-to-video conversions to cater to diverse content generation requirements.
  • Architect and optimize robust multi-GPU systems for the effective training and implementation of large-scale generative models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platforms supporting our AI models, focusing on performance enhancements and minimizing latency in model training and deployment.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in generative AI from industry and academia to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into our workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Music, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in generative models, particularly in text-to-image (e.g., Diffusion-Based Models, Diffusion Transformers) and text-to-video (e.g., EMU series, MagViT) technologies.
