  • Maintains, updates and responsible for deriving correct machine parameters from Solder Paste printer, Pick n' Place machine, Reflow Soldering, Washing, Dispenser and Wave Soldering machine.
  • Takes charge in the Reflow process and Wave Solder Inprocess KPI defects improvement.
  • Collaborates with the designers to minimise and eliminate manufacturability or quality risks through design changes and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoots design or process issues, implement improvement, and support other daily activities in production.
  • Assists in providing guidance and support line activities.
  • Conducts process evaluations, validation and standardization.
  • Creates lot traveller for FA/Repeate Order/SRA/Work Order for all projects running in production, and setup SFC system for production scanning.
  • Conducts monthly machine PM/Calibration/Minor machine troubleshooting.
  • Attends to issues and breakdowns at production facilities.
  • Supports continuous process improvemet projects.
**Job Requirements:
- *
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in PCBA especially in SMT and wave solder process.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in IPC610A standards, profile taking, production process flow such as SMT and thruhole assemblyrelated processes for electronic manufacturing.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
