Assist Senior Butcher to operate and perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning, slicing and processing according to specifications

  • Ensure adequate stock to meet demand requirements and enforce strict delivery schedules
  • Receive, inspect and store meat upon receipt
  • Ensure that meat handling and storage procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment
  • Perform other adhoc duties as required by management from time to time
Requirement

  • Min 12 years' experience in butchering
  • Familiar in beef cutting is an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in cold room environment
