**Salary Range : Up to S$9,000 Per month

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire body and paint operations to achieve overall profitability target
  • Ensure all bodyshop repairs are carried out in compliance with the manufacturers standards and fulfil insurance company expectations in respect of repair deadline, repair quality and claim requirements
  • Manage inhouse contractors to ensure repair quality is up to expectations and to fulfill individual brand and other contractual obligations
  • Lead the team to meet business objective within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of managerial experience in body and paint operations
  • Possess relevant technical knowledge preferably in continental vehicle
  • Strong leadership skills with the drive to excel
  • Excellent people management and communications skills
