  • Address clients' requests, including funds transfer, currency exchange, inward/outward remittance, and account management.
  • Manage operational duties such as SWIFT Telegraphic transfers, system testing, and adhoc responsibilities as needed.
  • Support Relationship Managers in meeting clients' requirements.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum 1 year of operations experience in remittance.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
