Our Client (Automotive Agent) is looking for a Motor Claims Advisor to join their team.

Position:
Insurance Claims Executive (Automotive)

Salary:
$2,800 - $3,100 + OT + Incentives

Location:
West

Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.00am pm (Alt Sat Off)

Basic Functions:

  • Answer telephone calls and carry out various reception and admin duties.
  • Approach customers and attend to their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect incoming calls in a polite and pleasant manner.
  • Greet customers promptly, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Preparation and arranging office mail to be received and dispatched.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good operating order and highlight to management when servicing is required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are in tiptop condition at all times, including taking care of snacks and beverages etc.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers.
  • Report all customer complaints (internal and external) and conditions that are adverse to the operational efficiency, and make suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
  • Basic computer skill is required.
  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience.
  • Has prior work experience in equivalent capacity
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Wellgroomed with excellent customer service attitude
  • Able to work on Saturday.
