Overseeing and reviewing works done by the Finance Team.

  • To ensure correct GL coding, check payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers done by Accounts Executive (AE)
  • Prepare and review audit schedule and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Monthly review of sales & expenses and perform posting in the system
  • Conduct posting of monthly revaluation of exchange gain & loss in the system
  • Produce monthly closing reports
  • PL & BS and TB from the accounting system and management report slides
  • Support in cash flow projection and assist to monitor cash flow movement
  • Prepare Quarterly GST report
  • Support in annual audit, budget & forecasting
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Have leadership experience, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Initiative, possesses a positive attitude, and good team player
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates
  • Singapo rean or local P R with immediate availability preferred

Salary:
$4, $6,000.00 per month
