Have an eye for detail and have a good technical base knowledge. The role will involve working on all work stages of various contract types (Design, Build, Design & Build) you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors of the specific site / country.
- Requires coordination with M&E designers in the design and construction of Missioncritical facilities.
- Have a good working knowledge of current Singapore Planning Guidelines, Building Regulations and Technical Standards.
- Working on the production of a Feasibility Study, Conceptual, Schematic design, and technical drawing packages.
- You will likely need to use Autodesk Revit on a daily basis.
- Assists with research and complies with projectrelated data as required.
- Assists with correcting and updating drawings provided by Architectural Consultants / Designers to ensure corrections are made within multiple software platforms.
- Assists with client presentations, renderings, and simulations as required.
- Assists in performing field inspections, measurements, or calculations.
- Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS
- Shop drawing coordination of Architectural, Interior and MEP drawings with subcon/vendor & other stakeholders.
- Periodical inspection (internal check for quality improvement)
- Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As build DWG)
- Required to learn and adopt working in Cloud, Design Collaboration, Model coordination and QA/QC own work.
- AutoCAD & Revit experience with Cloud Worksharing (ACC) is desirable.
- Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3 year's experience but would consider recent graduates with a minimum 1 year of practice experience including practical training.
- Be proficient in the use of REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch-Up.
- Revit experience/knowledge is essential
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of producing highquality designs and assisting with detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Have strong organizational skills able to work well under pressure and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
- Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment
Pay:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
