About the Department
The Retail function at UOB provides personalized financial solutions for both Personal and Business Banking customers. Our goal is to assist them in managing their finances effectively and achieving their financial objectives through a wide range of products and services including deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment, and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert loan advisory and solutions to fulfill the property financing requirements of UOB's retail customers
  • Acquire new customers through various methods such as cold-calling, referrals, and active participation in road shows
  • Establish strong partnerships with branch/channel staff, property agents, lawyers, and developers to expand the network of referrals
  • Ensure adherence to proper advisory procedures and documentation, in compliance with the Bank's internal policies and processes

Job Requirements

  • A recognized University Degree/Diploma
  • Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors is highly desirable
  • Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven mindset
  • Capable of effectively engaging and managing both internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Resourceful and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work on weekends when required
