About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a PeopleSoft Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting various components of the PeopleSoft system. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working with complex systems, this position is perfect for you.



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, SSL, and middleware on Windows infrastructure
  • Perform PeopleSoft bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrades
  • Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and health
  • Provide support, bug fixes, and address vulnerability issues in existing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft environment including networks, software, hardware, and operating systems
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications
  • Maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment and keep it up-to-date

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant certification courses
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in PeopleSoft Administration
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud is an advantage
  • Knowledge of managing Windows operating systems and PowerShell scripting is a plus
