We are seeking a skilled and driven Dropshipping Specialist to join our team.

As a Dropshipping Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in setting up dropshipping websites for our clients and providing training on dropshipping operations and product selection, the CMS and order fulfilment.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up a dropshipping website for the client with all the modules required.
  • Design the website, according to the client's requirements.
  • Plan and conduct training to the client on how to operate the website, particularly on the CMS, how to monitor and track their sales performance, orders and other essential operations.
  • Monitor and track client's website performance, sales, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Coordinate with our dropshipping partners to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Upsell digital marketing solutions to help drive traffic to the client's website and increase conversions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and other matters in a professional and customercentric manner.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, dropshipping platforms, and ecommerce best practices, implementing new tools and techniques to help our clients grow.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalant.
  • Proven experience as in Dropshipping or in a similar role within the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of dropshipping business models, supplier sourcing, and product selection strategies.
  • Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or Oberlo.
  • Proficiency in website management and content management systems (CMS).
  • Good understanding of web design and development principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple dropshipping websites.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize performance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
