Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect & generate new outlet leads to expand our company.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with existing landlords/ corporate customers to drive repeat business.
  • Assist in advertising for ongoing promotion items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints & ensuring customers' satisfaction.
  • Process customers' orders accurately & efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery orders.
  • Assist in inventory management & stock replenishment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing & maintaining sales records.
  • Liaise with mall management on mall's promos to develop sales strategies & marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare price tags & arrange delivery to all shops as & when required.
  • To provide sales & operation support to all shops' requirements on sales materials, issuance of uniforms/ aprons to new & existing outlets' staffs.
  • To handle purchasing of office stationeries/ name cards/ equipment as & when required.
  • Sending pest control & drainage service reports to all landlords.
  • To upkeep filing & maintenance of records to facilitate references/ traceability.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Min. 12years of experience in similar industry.
  • Excellent sales prospecting & problemsolving skills.
  • Strong order processing & time management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations & practices.
  • Must be able to work independently.

Salary:
Up to $3,000.00 per month
