Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the complete set of accounts for designated entities, including creating monthend schedules for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Supervise daily financial operations and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
  • Calculate and consolidate the valuation of inventory assets.
  • Compile and assist in the preparation of financial documentation required for submission to regulatory authorities, such as Financial Statements, ECI statements, income tax, and GST reporting.
  • Administer lease agreements and financial contracts as needed.
  • Manage Intercompany transactions between related entities.
  • Generate monthly management reports to track and analyze financial performance.
  • Collaborate and liaise with tax agents and external accountants when outsourcing specific accounting tasks.
  • Undertake corporate secretarial responsibilities for the assigned entities.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years in the full set of Accounting handling more than one company account.
  • Related experience in the F&B sector would be advantageous.
  • Able to prepare and submit GST.
  • Familiar with the Accpac accounting system.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Have supervisory experience and possess strong leadership skills.
