Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate in the development of the risk universe, risk management plans, and annual audit plan by incorporating new and emerging risks.
  • Plan, oversee, and carry out internal audits according to audit methodology and regulatory requirements, adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Offer guidance, advice, training, and coaching to team members (including outsourced auditors/guest auditors) and stakeholders.
  • Conduct followup reviews of previous internal audit findings and ensure the timely implementation of action plans.
  • Prepare materials for presentations, take minutes, and provide administrative support for Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) meetings.
  • Successfully complete planned internal audits within the allocated budget and timeframe.
  • Provide timely and valuable advisory/review recommendations or complete assigned tasks.
  • Perform special audits, adhoc investigations, and reviews as needed.
  • Manage enterprise risk management (ERM) for the company.
  • Undertake other assigned adhoc responsibilities as directed by the Reporting Officer or Management.

Job Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of risk management, internal or external audit experience or other relevant experience.

Degree or Diploma in accounting, business or relevant professional qualification.

For example, ACCA, CA, CPA, CIA, CRMA or CISA.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:
i. Complete planned internal audits within the approved budget and timeline.

ii. Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) meetings are well-organised with no or little complaints from ARC members or management.

iii. Provide timely and value-added advisory / review recommendations or work assigned.
