Roles & Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight to ensure best practices in service delivery.
  • Utilize patterns and frameworks for software architecture.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with customers.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through various roles in delivery, analysis, design, and development, ensuring timely execution.
  • Offer guidance on programming feasibility, functionality, and performance.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of requirements; estimate effort, design, develop, and test solutions.
  • Participate in business and technical meetings.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership.
  • Identify and address risks in processes and technology.
  • Leverage existing IP to develop new service offerings.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities with Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure quality assurance for client engagements.
  • Be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and demonstrate accountability to meet commitments.
  • Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing across projects.
  • Contribute to management meetings and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in hiring and recruiting activities.
  • Set goals to enhance skills and expertise in relevant areas.
  • Maintain up-to-date profile and skills matrix.
  • Obtain feedback from clients for performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with integration tools like middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • MuleSoft developer and architect certified.
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft v4.x.
  • Experience in various hosting and deployment architectures.
  • Knowledge of other integration technologies like webMethods, Tibco, or IBM WebSphere.
  • Project lead experience in Integration, BPM, or Middleware projects.
  • Understanding of architectural disciplines including Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing.
  • Skilled in process analysis, scoping, and optimization.
  • Proficient in XML, BPEL, Web Services, and Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Prior consulting or pre-sales role experience.
