Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Item Master in MRP system
  • Creation of Engineering Master in MRP System
  • Create Work Order for Production per Production build plan.
  • Perform materials kitting to Production and Subcontractors.
  • Perform Finished Goods transactions to facilitate shipments.
  • Perform material transactions for production kitting and location transfer.
  • Create shipping documents per instructions provided; coordinate with freight forwarders for pickup.
  • Perform outgoing testing on instruments as instructed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Include:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office
  • Able to read and understand Product Bill of Materials, Item or parts definition.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with ERP Systems and transaction.
  • Strong understanding on Material Resource Planning as it applies to discrete production environment.
  • Basic understanding of product costing.

Experience Requirements

  • Strong communication skill and ability to express him or herself clearly.
  • Strong Understanding in Material flow through a production environment.
  • Selfdriven and works with little or no supervision.
  • 3 to 4 years working experience in manufacturing environment required.
