Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory experiments to study and develop processes for viral vectors.
  • Utilize cell manipulation techniques for viral vector transfection and cell transduction.
  • Manage mammalian cell cultures with aseptic methods and conduct purification processes using chromatography and flow filtration. Perform molecular biology and analytical assays like flow cytometry, real-time PCR, and ELISA.
  • Troubleshoot process and product issues, analyze root causes, and generate technical reports.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to create procedures, technology transfer documents, and utilize manufacturing resources for production and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields with 2-4+ years of experience in MSAT, Process Development, or GMP Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, productivity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong organizational and collaborative skills, capable of designing and troubleshooting experiments independently or within a team.
