Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspection, servicing and repair of facilities and equipment, such as electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or faults that arise in the facilities and equipment
  • Coordinate and liaise with external contractors or vendors for any major repairs or upgrades
  • Monitor and record the performance and condition of the facilities and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and policies
  • Respond to any emergencies or breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other staff or users of the facilities and equipment

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Possesses a valid LEW 7 license issued by EMA
  • Candidate must have 3 years of related working experience
  • Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences
  • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Service orientated mind-set
  • Possess high level of initiative and integrity
  • Possess strong leadership quality, good planning and organizing ability
  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services' faults
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
Work Schedule:
