Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Porsche Host within the Sales and Customer Excitement team. Work for one of the world's most iconic brands and join us at our exciting new Porsche Studio Singapore.

Tasks

  • Welcome the customers warmly, assist them on their needs at the Porsche Studio and create a lasting atmosphere that enables customers' satisfaction. This includes offering refreshments to the customers; and the confidence to proactively approach and converse with customers for a welcoming frontofhouse experience
  • Provide customers with information on all the Porsche products and services (such as New cars, Preowned Cars, Lifestyle products, etc) available through the Porsche Studio
  • Assist in the promotion and sales of Porsche Products and Services such as Porsche Lifestyle which includes the handling of transactions
  • Obtain and record customers' information and enquiries in the CRM system with high accuracy

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar frontfacing role, hospitality, luxury retail, or airline industry would be advantageous
  • A team player with excellent communication, immaculate presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A consummate understanding of luxury and customer service
  • Confident and charismatic personality with great attitude towards customer
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
