Requirements:

Job Responsibility
a) Responsible for configuring, administering, and managing all SharePoint farms and related databases and environment under the guidance of our engineers

b) Perform SharePoint-related Service Requests

c) Perform a daily declaration on activities carried out on the day

d) Manage the backup, recovery and housekeeping activities

e) Provide Level 2 support for system problems with proper escalation such as troubleshoot all aspects of SharePoint efficiently and understand the product configuration, flow and logging in detail

f) Perform account administrations, and access control related support, and report governance violations;
g) Update SOPs for day-to-day operations support and administrations

h) Monitor and ensure the health of SharePoint servers (including capacity usage) is optimised;
i). Enforce site standards (layouts, security processes, etc.) to comply with customer's governance policies and processes

j) Administer legacy portal migration

k) Develop and maintain related administrative and end-user documentation on an on-going basis.

l) prepare reports with regards to the system.
