Job Purpose:

New Product Introduction, Facility Design & Commissioning

Key Activities

  • Support technology transfer of a new product and exposure to new technology
  • Support design, commissioning and qualification of a new manufacturing facility

Learning Outcomes:

  • The intern will be provided a rare opportunity to gain exposure to technology transfer of a new 2nd Generation product involving enzymatic chemistry and a complex capital project involving the transformation of an existing manufacturing facility to support the new product.
  • The scope of work involves supporting Engineers in preparing engineering drawings, equipment design, commissioning & qualification, HAZOP and risk assessments etc. In addition, the intern will also be assisting with driving continuous improvement projects and development of training material as part of the department capability building initiative.
