Job Description:

  • Oversee construction activities and progress autonomously.
  • Comprehend electrical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Organize site setup and sequential job planning for seamless project execution to meet objectives of cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute resource planning for the project, including site staff and subcontractors, ensuring their efficient deployment.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings, project team meetings, and provide updates on progress.
  • Supervise the performance of all on-site staff, workers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage the ordering and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings with consultants before progressing with site work.
  • Coordinate schedules of site staff and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, temporary office setup, holding areas, etc.
  • Ensure quality control measures through on-site/off-site inspections and completion/pre-handover inspections.
  • Verify the use of approved/correct materials within specified certifications and approvals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Construction Industry, specifically in Data Centre projects.
  • Proven track record of completing projects successfully within set timelines and budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
