Carry out immediate container exterior survey and submit Equipment Inspection Report for in-coming and out-going container when required.

Report to the Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager promptly on major damages Assist to shift container within the depot as when required.

Ensure to observe the safety precautions and OHSE management at work. Ensure to place container at locations assigned by Yard Supervisor that makes workflow smooth, retrieve easy and release efficient. Ensure to place containers at the appropriate locations safely at corner casting to corner casting position.

Ensure to carry out EIR documents filing for easy retrieving Ensure to carry out daily checks and filing on forklift on engine oil, diesel, battery water, hydraulic oil, etc.

Report management for any equipment damages and maintenance repairs.

In the absence of the Assistant Operations Coordinator, ensure to channel container information on container specification, container condition, container status, container movement and customers' requirement among the Operations Coordinator, the Supervisors and independent surveyors clearly and timely.
