Key Job Purpose:


Be able to review and improve efficiency of internal processes with the use of technologies, such as SAP and CRM systems.


To ensure all Solution to be implemented in Business Application which are "Computer Validation System" (CSV) compliant, will be according to the Standard of Sysmex AP, and develop and maintain documentations relevant to the business and system, such as AS-IS & TO-BE processes & system design, Technical configuration, Key user training, test plan, test scenarios, test scripts, step list, data migration plan must be up-to-date.

Manage Projects related to any of the Business Application supported.


To support issues reported by Key users, log and monitor issues on SAP support helpdesk and liaise with SAP support consultants to resolve system issues with proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CSV standard are followed for the Resolution implemented before closure of the issue.

And to ensure the Resolution implemented will be robust and validated with ALL relevant Test scenarios before deployment to Productive environment, to avoid the "Fix one break another" situation.


Responsible to manage third-party (3rd) System support and consulting teams, BAM and BPE to resolve system issues and close Business user knowledge gap within reasonable Business required timeline.

And provide ticket analysis to reduce "Recurrence" of issues, shorten Resolution time, and "How-to" reduce the number of issue as we stabilized the Business Application.

He/She will lead the internal and external teams of SAP resources to deliver system goals set by Management.

Responsibilities:

Implement SAP PTP, PTD, PM/QM, EWM & OTC module which include the following knowledge and skill sets:

  • Knowledge in PTP, PTD, EWM & OTC module in the areas of
  • Purchase order processing, Request for Quotation, purchase agreement, contract, Purchase Info Record, Purchase requisition, deriving Purchase order from Purchase requisition, Invoice posting, inventory management (such as transfer posting, Purchase and sales returns, Post goods receipts, Post goods issue, scrapping expiry stocks), inventory count, Material master management and its impact to other modules
  • Backtoback order processing, Direct sales order processing, Rental sales, intercompany sales processing, Quotation, delivery and billing processes, Price master management, Sales tax management and its integration with other modules, such as PTP, PTD, EWM, OTC, & RTR
  • EndtoEnd process of Production Requirement Maintenance, Production order processing and completion.
  • Integration with Financial module with PTP, PTD, PP, OTC and thorough understanding on user functions and reporting needs
  • Customizing for Plants, Storage location, Purchasing group, Release strategy, vendor master records, inventory management, material master, logistics invoice verification, movement types, Sales/ Delivery order type, Billing document type, Sales taxation, output types, Condition types
  • User authorization for Plant, Storage location, Purchasing group, movement type, condition types
  • General user administration such as create and maintain new user account for AP Business users
  • Acquire technofunctional knowledge to manage technical issues with Business requirements with ABAP developer
  • Integration knowledge between PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR
  • Have knowledge in RTR-AP configuration of master data
  • Guide and train Key and End users in PTP and PTD business processes in the system
  • Manage existing PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR related issues reported by Key and/or End users.
  • Liaise with Key and End users as well as developer and SAP consultants appointed by Sysmex AP
  • Be able to advise Key and End users all standards in the Global and Sysmex AP SAP system templates and ensure that all solution put in place for SAP system follow such standards
  • Manage SAP system change requests, especially in PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.
  • Work with SAP system support consultants to resolve and manage SAP system issues from PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.
  • He will assist in the development of mid
- to long-term plan and strategy to keep assigned Business Application up-to-date, usable and scalable.

  • He will lead the SAP internal and external teams to deliver system goals set by Management;
  • Manage deliverables of the team to support system issues
  • Manage the team to deliver Change request/enhancements in SAP system
  • Manage the team to implement SAP system for new company, new module/submodule
  • He is responsible to assist HR and Management in the career development of the internal SAP team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in implementing SAP system;
  • At least 3 years as a team lead to manage resources in delivering SAP related implementation and support after system go live
