Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Design and implement a strategic fundraising plan, engaging donors through major gifts, corporate partnerships, and community philanthropy
  • Cultivate relationships with major donors, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations, and develop strategies for long-term engagement
  • Lead outreach, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition activities
  • Identify and engage potential major donors for research, patient care, and educational programs, preparing proposals and reports to highlight donation impact
  • Plan and execute key fundraising events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful logistics and donor engagement
  • Write and submit grant applications for foundation and corporate funding opportunities and provide timely reporting to donors
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinicians, and researchers to identify funding needs and create targeted fundraising strategies
  • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to create materials that effectively communicate mission and funding needs
  • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal and ethical standards and provide regular reports on fundraising progress, donor relationships, and pipeline generation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management/ Business/ Marketing/ or a related field
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in fundraising/ corporate partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or nonprofit sectors
  • Strong understanding of brand development and market expansion strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders
