Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Enter orders into the POS system efficiently.
  • Offer basic technical support for microphone and karaoke system issues.

  • Work independently to deliver high-quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

  • 6-day work week with night shift timings:
  • 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (selected outlets)

  • 9:00 pm - 7:00 am (Orchard only)
