Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist clients in identifying, measuring and managing sustainability-related impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct sustainability gap analyses and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic enhancements.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement sustainability policies, strategies, and action plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and execute sustainability programs that align with clients' business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about evolving sustainability trends, regulations, and global best practices to provide cutting-edge insights.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups, seamless coordination, and successful delivery of client engagements.
  • Support the development and execution of sustainability training programs, webinars, and industry events.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality results.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mass Communication, Law, Public Policy, Environment Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sustainability, consulting, policy research, data analytics, communications, investor relations, or a directly relevant role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of global sustainability standards, frameworks and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; native-level fluency in an additional Asian or European language is an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, supporting international clients across different time zones.
  • A deep passion for sustainability with demonstrable awareness of industry trends, issues, and challenges.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, resourceful, and independent.
  • Tech-savvy, with high proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as data management tools.
