Company Description

MethodX, operated by The Fitness Method Pte. Ltd., offers a variety of training programs, including CrossFit, HIIT, Bootcamp, Private Training Sessions, Corporate, and specialty classes. The focus is on functional movements, endurance, and overall strength to provide a well-rounded fitness experience for all levels of athletes.


Overview

We are looking for passionate and experienced Coaches to join our team at MethodX If you love coaching, thrive in a community-driven gym, and want to help people become fitter, stronger, and better, we’d love to have you on board.


Responsibilities

  • Coach CrossFit, Metcon/HIIT, and/or HYROX classes with energy and professionalism.
  • Provide expert coaching, ensuring members receive proper guidance, technique corrections, and motivation to progress safely.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive training environment.
  • Contribute to class programming, workshops, and events to enhance member experience.
  • Support gym operations by maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep, including support with opening and closing.

Requirements

  • Valid CPT (ACE, NSCA, etc.) or CF-L1 (or higher). Coaching experience preferred.
  • Standard First Aid, CPR & AED Certified.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others improve.
  • A team player with a positive mindset, eagerness to grow, and a coachable attitude.
