Position Overview:
The Steersman will be responsible for assisting in the navigation and steering of vessels under the supervision of the Captain. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient passage of our vessels across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain in the navigation and steering of the vessel.
• Monitor and maintain course according to navigational charts and GPS.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime safety regulations.
• Conduct regular checks on navigational equipment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and other ships.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
• Assist in docking and undocking procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Captain.
• Boat navigation and overall in-charge of boat (launches)
• General housekeeping and upkeep the condition of the boat Requirements
• Shift work

Qualifications:

• Valid Steersman certification and relevant maritime licenses.
• MPA Helmsman/Steersman (Port Limit) Certificate - for Helmsman/Steersman
