About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting projects to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for driving business transformation, improving operational efficiency, and providing strategic guidance. Working closely with clients, you will analyze complex challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and implement best practices to optimize business performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and business assessments to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven strategies and frameworks to address client challenges.
  • Work directly with C-level executives and key stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, pitches, and thought leadership content.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in leading client engagements and managing project teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.


Preferred Skills
  • Industry expertise in finance, healthcare, technology, or supply chain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, AI, and emerging business trends.
  • Strong network within the business and consulting ecosystem in Singapore.
