About the role

StellarTalents Asia Pte Ltd, a recruitment agency, is seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier candidates with exciting opportunities at our client companies.


This is a full-time position that offers the chance to build a rewarding career in the dynamic field of human resources and recruitment.


What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source, screen and evaluate qualified candidates for a diverse range of job openings.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of talented individuals to match with client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilise cutting-edge recruitment tools and techniques to identify the best talent in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

What we're looking for

  • CEI Qualification is required for this role.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.
  • Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends, technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the team.
