Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Assistant cum Driver is responsible to perform coordination, logistical and delivery duties for MYMCA outreach programmes and services, and support other related activities.


Programmes, Projects & Services


Stock Management & Logistics

  • Performs stock management which includes collecting, receiving, storing, delivery, ordering and managing of inventory of supplies for effective running of programmes, projects and services
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers for timely collection and delivery of supplies
  • Plans and coordinates supplies (e.g. M.Y Manna rations, M.Y HomeShine cleaning aids, M.Y Mentoring logistics) to designated venues

Programme, Projects & Services

  • Route planning and time management
  • Shuttle internal & external stakeholders to and fro event venues where necessary


Vehicle

Vehicle Maintenance & Usage

  • Maintenance of the Association van
  • Wash and clean the exterior and interior of vehicle
  • Check and pump petrol whenever needed
  • Send vehicle for servicing whenever needed
  • Ownership in use of cashcard and usage log


Pre-Requisites

  • Minimum 4 GCE ‘O’ levels with credit in English
  • Minimum Class 3 License required
  • Computer literate, especially in MS OfficeGood interpersonal skills
  • Effectively bilingual (dialect will be great)
  • Stock management knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Skilled in route planning, vehicle inspections, and adhering to regulations
