RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

Recap of Duties: Contact person to ensure smooth operation through efficient communication between stakeholders, third parties, authorities and contractors

  • Managing Feedbacks and Complains from public
  • Interacting with Stakeholders; Pay visit to stakeholders or call them to show the appreciation for understanding and support for the project.
  • Preparing Circulars/Notes/Letters to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
  • Getting permit for accessing to premises for installation of monitoring devices or carrying out of the preliminary pre-condition survey etc.
  • Plan, coordinate, organize and execute site functions and events; such as to celebrate milestone events like ground breaking ceremony, etc
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials and programs pertaining to PR works to client project team as and when required
  • Other admin and/or corporate related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :
