About the Job

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our creative director to propose and execute branding plans for our in-house magazines and various projects, including product and restaurant launches. You will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and data analysis. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and gain valuable experience in the industry.


The ideal candidate we’re looking for is a self-starter who is proactive, can independently manage digital marketing campaigns and possesses a good understanding of social media platforms and SEO marketing. Our daily grind is full of creativity, conversations, and the occasional dash of chaos.


Key Responsibilities

Branding

  • Support the creation of a brand strategy for in-house magazines and external projects (e.g. launch of restaurant)
  • Research and test user response to the brand identity
  • Manage the existing magazines' e-commerce and adhoc project websites: ensure information is accurate and updated and co-create content and copies for the websites

Marketing

  • Support end-to-end marketing strategies for the magazines/projects that drive reach and awareness into conversion and engagement
  • Research and conceptualise marketing campaigns and social media assets to generate sales
  • Independently execute campaigns and activities which includes copywriting for marketing campaigns
  • Utilize designs to convey effective messages to audiences to achieve business goals
  • Assist in the planning and execute promotion of events or campaigns tied to product or projects

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have minimally taken some marketing modules in University/Polytechnic
  • Native level written and spoken English.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem solver with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate initiative related to improving branding and marketing for Think Tank Studio.

Team Structure: The Marketing Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Business Development Lead as part of the Marketing unit.
